Hi, I have been unable to connect through my plusnet broadband connection since approximtely 08:30 on the 19th. All my settings are correct and have remained unchanged since the fault occurred.

The phone line number is 0116 2823493

My tomson speedtouch 546 reports the following:

I don't recall noticing the "reserved bandwidth" line before, I do recall seeing a "line sync speed" line before though, could this be because I am being Maxed? ( I have requested it) Have recieved no emails or "question notifications" to indicate that this will happen.

Restarting the Modem & PC has not resolved this.

am writing this post at work and will try the BT wholesale account when I get home tonight. But as you can see from the diagnostics it's as if ip comms to my plusnet account have been suddenly switched off.

Any help in resolving this fault asap would be greatly appreciated.
