same tired old excuse

After waiting for 2 hours and 10 minutes for the support team on the telephone the other night I was told that they are going through an intensive training period due to so many staff leaving and that after this period all the customers will notice a real improvment in the quality of service.

I head this a few months ago when hardly anyone was available due to intensive training.

same ole same ole I am sorry to say.

Furthermore when I asked the support guy how he would feel if he had waited on the phone for 2+ hours he said 'I would move my account' - I thanked him for his honesty and I am now looking into an alternative supplier (any recs would be great).

Two words - 'sad' & 'pathetic'
