regrade acknowledgement

I put in for a regrade yesterday and it appears nothing is happening. Only reason I can see something is happening is by seeing a ticket on the system, no email acknowledgment or anything. Can a member of staff at least let me know if it is being processed?

it'll take a day or 2, if it doesnt appear to happen then give them a call or raise a ticket and get it nudged.
