referral problem

a friend of mine signed up for broadband plus with plusnet
about three weeks or more ago, up to last night he has not
heard or recieved anything from plusnet even though he
provided all details and opted for direct debit.he used
my pc to set it up so i know it was done right, he would
like to know what is going on.any one from plusnet care to
sort this out please.before he goes somewhere else

Hi there.

Is this a migration or new activation?

If its a new activation the order tracker should give some info or failing that the account tickets and service notices would also be worth a look.

Probably the best place to look first of all.

If that gives nothing then perhaps posting the username might give the Comms Team a head start if they check it out.

This also happened to me, on 432 seperate occasions. I don't have time to mention details, but please just credit my account, and backdate it from 2003.

Hi,

As Mark suggests, if your friend checks the order tracker, takes a look at the closed questions or checks his email he should be able to see what's happening with the order.

Hi Trevor.

If you have his permission there is no problem with you checking out the progress on his behalf and reporting back. DP issues would prevent PN from discussing it with you but other than that you can carry on with the users permission.
