"PlusNet's Marketing Director told us this could be up to 400GB per month on a 2Mbps line if used mainly off peak"

Funny how Plusnet can tell AG about this but seem unable to tell the people who are paying their wages.
We have been trying to get an answer to the download "limit" question all week.
CS suggested that 125Gig on a 2Meg line was ok but a Director of PN now says that up to 400Gig should be fine as long as its mainly off peak.
His statement has now been copied into my documents for safe keeping. Wink

This isn't the same article that was pulled.
And since I don't use any off-peak downloading, I'm no wiser what actions on my part (that I'm likely to do) would upset them and cause me to be "managed".

PlusNet's Marketing Director told us this could be up to 400GB per month on a 2Mbps line if used mainly off peak... Marco Potesta (Marketing Director): "we would generally consider the peak hours to be from 4pm to midnight."
Is that so?
