I have a pretty stringent security regime ... and view the bulk of emails in notepad

but that is not the point. The point is that a "TEXT"-Email does not need to be bloated by being an encoded attachment.

These days when bandwidth is so scarce Plusnet should be looking on reducing their customer downloads by a few GB accross the board
