Tickets are answered in the order they are raised so yours will be once all the others raised before you have been actioned. You can't jump the queue by posting here, you just have to be patient and PlusNet will get around to you - they also aim to answer within 8 hours so it's still within their aceeptable responce time.

In any case a date and time is not enough to identify a ticket, each one has a number which is what you need to quote.
