Ok i maybe silly here...

What credentials does the phpmyadmin website want ?

I have tried my username and password to no avail.

phpmyadmin problem

It requires your PlusNet username and your MySQL password.

This password is seperate to your normal account password and can be generated by enabling MySQL from the "Website settings" link to the left.

You will be sent your password along with confirmation of your username. It will also include the server name and database name.

Odd I never got that email..

Will have to disable mysql and re-enable it then.

Yes. close it and then start a new one and you should get the mail.
Make sure you check postmaster@username.plus.com as well as the mail address you have listed under your account settings one should be sent there as well..

Hi,

If you call the support team they can reset and send out the password to you without disabling the MySQL service.
