what more can i say. The call has been outstanding for many weeks, PN do not seem able to read the messages I put on there and to cap it all I have now been waiting over 2 hours for the PN support to answer.
Absolutely pathetic and there is no justification. Do they only have 1 guy on there and is he on his tea break.

The commercial guy or whoever he was who posted a long whining message a few weeks ago ought to try to phone his own support team on the same number as the rest of us. Maybe then he will get off his lazy behind, stop whinging and do something about this total lack of service!!!!
