I had this E-mail today but for the life of me cant ever remember being managed in the first place.

Is this just an information mail telling me it has been reset for the next months limits Huh

As you can see its only a small amount and not heavy at all, confused

You do not state what account your are on (BB+, premier etc).

If you are on BB+, then you have exceeded the 5GB level in each of the previous 3 months so you would have had your connection managed (i.e. speed reduced during peak periods). You did not receive any email warning of this previously because the warning emails have only started to be sent out in the last 10 days. See Broadband Plus Feedback in the Announcements forum for details.

If you are on premier, there is a problem where some users are receiving those emails even though they have not previously been on a managed profile / level.

If you look closely you'll notice the OP has only exceeded 5GB slightly as far as the total usage is concerned-- it's debatable whether he has exceeded the 8am to midnight peak usage! Wink
(and if he's got usage stats as detailed as that he's probably on Premier!)
