ok received my MAC code to leave can I leave straight a way

Hi trying to get away from this joke of a ISP ASAP!! applied for my mac code and received it 7 days later. have given the MAC code to my new ISP and they are in the processes off trying to connect me with BT.

just unsure how this 30 day rule works with plus.net.. Wil I have any problems being connected to my new ISP now or will plus.net not let me leave till my 20 days are up ?

thanks for help people.

plus.net thanks for the worst service over the last 6 months !

There's no problem leaving early, but you will have to pay any payments due within the 30 day notice period and after your migration completes you will only be able to claim a refund for days after the 30 day notice period. Make sure you notify Plusnet by raising a ticket to confirm your migration has completed. BTw are supposed to do so, but they manage that just about as well as they manage everything else.
