no support from plusnet via contact us and 35min on hold!

PlusNet are making it increasingly difficult to contact them, not only do you have to go through tons of pages to get to a contact us text box, (which I have openned since 1pm yesterday adn still have not had a single reply)
but their phone system now has 9 yes count them, 9 options before you finally get left on hold for 35 mins (this is after the message said waiting time 10 mins) so I gave up !
anyone have any other ideas how to get support around here from Plus Net ?

I pay for premium service but get naff all for it!!

This is unfortuneatly how things are at the moment with very little sign of things improving in the short term. There are plans to improve it but that is going to take months not hours.

PN have really dropped the ball on this one and it will be a long and difficult road back to the sort of support system they won awards for several years ago, assuming they ever manage to get there again.

Thats a shame because my recommendations to freinds etc has become flawed,
I left Force 9 eyars ago for the same reasons... only to have it happen again...
