Hi there,

Seems OK for me (both at work and at home). Have you tried clearing your cache or using another browser?

Your broswer? Try another browser.

That'll not help downloads much but it may help with how the page displays.

I can't access any microsoft sites.
No hotmail.
No windows live messenger.
No sky.com
Tried on different machines.
Already raised a ticket.
Even changed DNS servers.

Anyone else with similar issues?

@toxic1969,

I reckon I know what this might be...

Try changing the MTU settings of your modem/router and network adapter.
I would suggest a value of 1430. You may also want to change your receive window in line with some of the suggestions here.

Let us know how you get on.

I have tried the following browsers

Avant
IE7
Firefox

All have the same results.

Why should I need to change my mtu it's set at 1432. I have it set at the rate that works best for me after spending quite a while tweaking it. I've never had any problems like this.

Cheers

I tried the mtu change and now MS has disapeared of the radar as unreachable.

Firefox says:

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at www.microsoft.com.

* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Kitz site is offline as there's a problem with the Load Balancer as documented on Service Status.

the problem appears to be more than the normal load balancing.

The staus page should be hosted on some other companies website that way when the pn goes down it came be seen. At present I have intermittant use of the forums and not much else I can't get to the status page and there's no point in calling the status line as it is rarely updated.
