Despite four phone calls, two open questions, and james's offer to help I still have no adsl signal, and worryingly no contact from plusnet as to where they are up to in actioning the problem with tiscali. This is the fourth loss of signal since 30th April, and in total over a month and a half with no signal, yet everytime it is eventually forwarded to tiscali it gets fixed. All I am asking for is confirmatation that tiscali are aware this time, yet my questions remain unanswered, and the wairing time on the phones is over an hour!!!, havent got the time or money to wait.
