is account bandwidth usage =up+down traffic added together?

Hi,

Not sure if this has been covered before but I'm curious if within my the Plus.net account control panel, under broadband usage. Are these figures both upload and download added together or just download? I can't see any break down of upload and download so not really sure.

Reason for asking is I'm wondering if i let a torrent client run with no downloads enabled but only uploads during the peak usage time range of 16:00 - 00:00, will the outgoing/upload traffic go towards my broadband usage figures?

thanks.

ok, thanks for replying... was wondering why when i took care of my downloads between peak times, my usage was still quite high. There goes my ratio's out the window.

Also be aware that if you are using P2P, even if you have uploading turned off, you will probably get other people trying to download from you which will generate a small amount of traffic. The only way this stops is if you disconnect completely.
