invisible to customer support

i seem to be invisible to customer support. i have raised tickets for tech support and no responses since yesterday till i called in at 6am this morning. My problem is that since migrating from dial-in to ADSL i have lost SMTP mail. the "My Connection" pages seem to have lost functionality as well....cant receive any email. Please help!

Apologies about this, please do not think that we are ignoring you.

We currently have a large backlog of work, we are trying to get through this. We are dealing with issues in the order that they were received, however I will take a look at your issue if it is near the front of the queue.

I must be though, raised a ticket Tuesday, nothing yet, raised another ticket Wednesday pointing to the other one, still nothing on that one, raised another one yesterday, still nothing.

I have e-mail tech support and not had a reply.

And to top it all off, Plus net has taken my subscription today, for what? 0808 access I can't connect to, e-mails that won't go in or out, and support that does not exist.

As stated in my tickets if I hear nothing by 4pm today I will informing watchdog, I am so sick of ISPs that can not offer a service that I pay for.
