okay been with plusnet since july2003 and want to cancel my contract with them, due to new rules and my crap connection now suppost to be2mb line
and its always at 460kb never goes up more
so i simply want to know when i can leave ive paid up until 30th this month
sent ticket in and all i get is this?

Open a new ticket that cleary states that you do not agree with the new T&C's and wish to migrate out to another ISP. Ask them to provide you with your MAC Code.
Once you have got your MAC Code and given it to another ISP inform Plusnet of the migration date and the ISP's name. State that you do not wish you account to be cancelled until after the migration is completed.
Because their billing system is crap you may be charged by Plusnet for a full month, but claim the unused part back.
