Are you definately on Premier?

If so, have you enabled the 'Surf' option from within the Portal?

First off, where you originaly on Homesurf to start out with?

Secondly and if yes to the above, did you ask to be moved to premier, or are you operating under the assumption that this move took place automaticaly?

If you did not ask to be moved and your price is the same at £18.99 a month, then things are perfectly normal.

You are indeed correct that the account is no longer available however, this is only for new sale. Customers that remained on Homesurf post changes, will continue to do so today.

The Homesurf product is still very attractive to many, in that blocks are only in place on P2P and Usenet only, in favour of the priority levels hat can exist on the cheaper products.

Moving to Premier would involve the price increase to £21.99 a month and can be done without any admin charges (unless you request a speed upgrade, which is charged at £15).

Hi,

Have you ever enabled the Surf option? And if so have you disconnect/reconnected since turning it off?
