just got sky set up [am only on about 11 meg :shock: ]still better than 2 meg anyhow now that i have changed how do i let plus know i've used my mac and thta thye aint getting anymore money do i do it through help support or pm one of the admin guys [dave thomlison etc]

If you are cancelling your service you need to do it via Contact Us.

If you have used a MAC to migrate, BTW wil report the fact that it has been used to PN, who will cease your account immediately when they are told.

Sometimes there can be a delay of a few days in the info being passed through to PN, so if you raise a ticket (as Chris said, via the Help and Support Wizard) it will ensure that the cease of your account is actioned on time.
