have plusnet cut me off

getting green flashing light on my modem and when i try to connect it says there is no dial tone this is since i requested my mac key last friday plusnet are just blaming bt last time i rang plusnet they said bt had been in touch and nothing wrong plusnet still saying problem is with bt and waiting for another reply bear in mind it takes up to 72 hours while they are passing the buck and getting really fed up especially as i have coughed up my 14.99 leaving fee and will only have recieved 10 days service from plusnet this month.
has anyone any ideas who this fault lies with as i think plusnet have just cut me off and wasting time till my migration date

Sync problems are always yourself or BT.

I got reduced to dial-up early and although my router couldn't login it could still sync. Sounds like a BT/local problem m8.

Can take a while for the whoosh test to got through BT.
