I got this reply yesterday too. Simply not good enough really. I have been waiting over 2 weeks now for my MAC and have already suffered nearly 6 months of crap LLU service on top of that.

It's getting to the point where instead of giving PN the chance to keep my custom (I'm requesting to be transferred back to IPstream) I'm going to tell them to stuff it and cancel. And after that if they want their deferred activation fee they'll find a fight on their hands...
