from ISDN to ADSL

i have a friend who would like to move from another provider (using ISDN) to plusnet business on ADSL - is there still a cost implication of ISDN conversion ?

AS far as I know he will still have to pay BT to remove the ISDN from his line.
It used to be £50 and charged on the next phone bill.

Yep, this fee hasn't changed, still £50 for the conversion on the phone bill and then the normal activation (or you stay we pay offer).

Does BT and/or PN support annex B over ISDN? If so would this not be a cheaper option then to convert back to PSTN and then activate ADSL?
