error sending mail

I am waiting on my migration going through to pn. I have set up outlook express to send & receive. I can receive to it fine but cannot send anything as I get an error message. This is error message

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'email addy here'. Subject 'hello', Account: 'Home', Server: 'relay.plus.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 relay not permitted', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Is the reason I cannot send as yet due to my migration not going through. Thank you for your help.

error sending mail

Hi,

If you are still connected to your old ISP then you won't be able to send via our mail server. You can only send through our mail servers if you are connected to our network. You can use webmail though instead.
