engaged...

each time i call plusnet these days they are engaged ... this never used to be the case a few months ago. Are there less people there or have you reduced the number of lines? anyone else finding this?

engaged...

Recently, we have had a higher than usual demand for the support centre, which has unfortunately lead to some people getting an engaged tone during the extreamly busy times. This is something that we're hoping to rectify over coming weeks, with the changing support remit. But as with any change its going to take a bit of time and a lot of effort to ensure that we get things right.

I tried from 10am till 10 am Monday morning, totally engaged :-( If that is a busy time and it's going to take a few weeks PN are getting really low now!
