email not working after moving domain

Hi

I have a co.uk domain, registered through UK2.net. I've just moved it so it's hosted on my Plusnet webspace - The site is working fine, however

I used to get all email to admin@mydomain.co.uk diverted to my yahoo webmail account. I was just testing this out, but since moving the domain I received this error

<admin@mydomain.co.uk>:
212.159.11.36 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 REJECTED: Relay not permitted
Giving up on 212.159.11.36.

Does anyone know what's happening? - it's essential that I get this working

For issues such as this I'd always suggest raising a ticket first to get someone in the support team to double check everything on the back end of your account.

I had the same problem when I moved one of my domains. DNS and the web-space was fine, but any e-mails were rejected by the Plusnet mail server instead of going to my mailboxes. I seem to remember getting the same error message as you do.

A raised ticket got it sorted within a couple of hours.
