I don't like direct debits; however, if it simplifies your accounting, would be prepared to arrange monthly payments accordingly. But, how about a discount ? (c/f npower, Powergen, etc.) PS Cannot understand any of the 'click-ons' on this form.
We're absolutely not forcing you to sign up to a Direct Debit payment system. we implemented it, not to save us money, but because MetroNet customers have been screaming out for it for years, for both ease of payment and also just to some insecurities with having a stored card on the account.
If you are happy with the way you currently pay us, then keep it as you are.
