dialup question regarding email accounts

Hi,

My friend (account name MARLI) hasn't used there system for a while until today (after I rebuilt the PC) and I've noticed that they no longer have email access. She can sign on to the portal using her account, but there's nothing showing under 'email accounts'. Can't even find any icons to use to set up new email accounts...

Help ?

Hi John,

I assume it's a PAYG account, if so if an account isn't used for 3 months the mail and webspace will be disabled. If you ask your friend to contact the support team they'll be able to re-enable it for your friend.
