I have just received this email?
PlusNet are pleased to confirm that your ADSL regrade to PlusNet Broadband
Pay As You Go (Monthly Contract, No Modem) with included 1GB bandwidth is
now complete.

Any requested speed change to your broadband service will take half a day
to activate.

I have not requested any change to my account?

The only thing I can think about is I refured my daughter to use Plusnet and she used my computer to settle all the details. She used the link from her email address to set up her account or mybe not, as this change to my account seems to have happend. Anyone know a short cut to service.

Find a post by one of them (dtomlinson, jamesbailey, jwhiting or mandbeckett for example). Click on their name and in their profile click on PM, give it a title and write down your problem and submit it

All you can do is look to see if any of them are shown as being online at the bottom of the forum main index page - none of them are there at present.

You should raise an immediate ticket anyway (if you haven't already done so).

Good question-- I'm pretty sure noone from the Comms Team is around at the moment or they'd be in the "Users Online" bit at the foot of the forum index but it's a matter of pot luck anyway since they may not know they've been PM'ed until they get an email, however I gather you can wait the best part of an hour to get through on the phone and tickets can be a bit of a joke.

A member of the Comms Team is your best bet for rapid sorting out of a problem though

Also worth having a scout through your recent tickets, both open and closed. This might shed some light on where the order came from.
