comcast.net blocks my emails

comcast has, over the last month or two, blocked a number of my emails, until now "for abuse" (!!!) and now for "spam".

This does not happen if I send the identical email to the comcast.net subscriber from a gmail account.
Would PlusNet support team like to comment, please?
(And also tell me how to raise a new question with the Support Team through the Help Assistant, because it only seems to take me round in circles!!)

Someone else reported this yesterday, we've flagged it up to the network guys to see if there's anything we can do about it. To raise a ticket, take a look at the following video help file:

I'm sorry but this response simply isn't good enough. If comcast are blocking PlusNet servers then it needs to be attended to at once..... and whatever it takes. None of this 'see if there's anything we can do about it'. (Open relay?)

I no longer dare to use PlusNet POP servers; are their SMTP servers going the same way?

I have reported this to PN a few times, you got more of a response than I did, I didn't even get an acknowledgement!
