cant update my card details,wont accept maestro

help!im trying to update my card details and for some reason there isnt a option to select maestro!

any ideas as you cant realy call plsunet and speak to a real person!

There isn't a direct dial number I can give you but we do have a geograhpic support number - 0114 296 5198. The average call waiting time today is just under 2.30 mins and you can see the current wait time at the link above.

cant seem to get free so

cant seem to get through.maybe you can help

ive just cancelled my broadband at my old address and to be activated again at my new address,i put my details in etc but it didnt take the £40 payment,i dont want it to take it from my debit card that i have it set up with plusnet as i dont use that acc anymore and thats why i needed to update my debit card details.

any ideas?

I've just tried to call you on your landline and mobile. Unfortunately I couldn't get through.

Your new line is still not showing as active in the BT order system - this can normally take a day or two to update.

As soon as this is active then we will place the order for you and get the broadband up and running as soon as possible.
