There must be someone out there from Plus who is reading these forums. A little reassurance that there is actually something being done to give us the service that we are paying for wouldn't go amiss. We've been without a connection for nearly 2 weeks now, and quite frankly, its not acceptable.

Unfortunately I can't say it surprises me. Shame really, since they used to be such a good ISP.
