can someone explain!!

hi ive just recieved three emails from plus.net.the first one telling me "
PlusNet are pleased to confirm that your ADSL regrade to PlusNet Broadband
Premier 100GB (Monthly Contract, No Modem) is now complete."

the second one saying
"Thank you for choosing PlusNet Broadband Premier 50GB (Monthly Contract, No
Modem) as your new account!"

and the third one sayin
"Thank you for choosing PlusNet Broadband Premier 100GB (Monthly Contract,
No Modem) as your new account!

bit weird not sure what to make of it. thanks

Strange that !

Have you checked via , " My Account / Account Details / Account Summary "
on the portal here ?

It should list what your account is.

thanks mate yeah it says broadband 50 gb limit how brilliant who would have though when i signed up for 1mb unlimited it would be capped 3 mnths later.they didnt bother to tell me about the free upgrade till "after" i had signed and payed for my upgrade.thanks a lot mate settled my mind there thought i was gonna be paying for two accounts.wouldnt surprise me with this lot.cheers again
