hi all!
I did try to raise a call but the 'submit' button seems broken. anyway, email i'm sending to another ISP is being blocked - could this be looked into? many thanks!!!

Hi,

Thanks for pointing this out, we've seen a couple of other reports from customers emailing shaw.ca addresses. It looks like they've blocked us for some reason. We've been in touch with them but as yet they haven't responded and they haven't sent us any reports about any of our customers sending spam.

We'll continue to contact them until we've been removed, in the meantime sending email to this address via Webmail (link over on the top left) should work.
