best time for me to migrate?

My billing period is on the 19th of every month. i've given PN enough time, but now i'm pretty sure it's time for me to jump ship and move to Newnet

£21.95 p/month, 60GB monthly limit, free migration, NO Evil THROTTLING Evil(ahoooy!!!!)

basically would it be possible for me to move over smoothly?
Is the £21.99 I pay Plusnet for the month previous or the month in advance? I don't really want to be paying nearly £44 in 1 month to two ISP's!

I signed up in August '05, and didn't choose any hardware at all...selected the monthly contract too.

Hi again...

Did u go for defered activation? That may add some extra cost to the migration.. I'm not sure how much mind. Timing is crucial but i think they now refund the difference. Best to check that out though.

Hmmm, coming to think of it, I might have, but I may be getting that muddled up with when I signed upto Bulldog for the ex-girlfriend.
To be honest, this is Plusnet we're talking about, so i'm highly sure there's a sting in the tail awaiting me Sad

Dear Mr JAMES BOND,
there should be no costs to migrate your service out.
