Hi I'd really like to know if anyone is in the same situation as me and what if anything is happening to them. I have been a customer of F9 for around 4-5 years for broadband. Last year I moved my home phone over to them as well. On the 26 June this year I lost both Phone and Broadband with no prospect of getting it back much before mid August and that cannot be certain. F9 are telling me it is a cable problem near the exchange at Wadsley Bridge Both my neighbours are ok (their with BT) and we have a second number in the house (supplied by BT) which works fine but I can't use it as it was supplied for my partners sole work use. I'm trying to understand how when there are around 20-30 pairs of cables coming into the house why a swap could not be made to an undamaged pair? Has anyone else had or got this problem?
