average ticket response times

I was just wondering what the mathematical formulae for working out the average ticket resolution time is. I posted my ticket on the 13th November& your site says the average time is around 8 hours. Since then I have been connected into a BT test doamin (which means I cannot use my connection for ANYTHING) for a total of 7 days. Add this to all the other problems that have been occuring recently & my account has been as much use as a rat in a tampon factory over the past 6 weeks. How about some compensation now? No? thought not. Hey, why don't you Plus Net guys just come round to my house and live here rent free, and I can go out to work and feed you all and buy you free beer and cheap women, and you can do what you do best....f*** all!!!!
If you haven't got the message yet, I am not happy!!!

To add insult to injury I have been hanging on the end of my phone for nearly an hour, and if that woman says "We monitor calls and make sure enough support staff are available" one more time, I swear I'll commit a crime!!!!!
