The exchange checker is not an official Plusnet tool. It is part of the Usertools site, which is run and maintained by a group of Plusnet Customers. The usertools site is linked to from the PN Help Centre however, I believe.

I agree that stuff is hard to find so I bookmark everything when I do find it. I think a Site Map and/or an alphabetical index would help.

Quite right Simon, and in this day and age site maps can be generated automatically with software, at least that is what I understand.

Well done, Liam - you knocked that up in no time at all!

It's useful but it isn't comprehensive enough. I can't find the Usertools stuff on there nor the Network Utilisation graph - nor useful offsite links such as the BT exchange checker.

Hehe... nothing I knocked up - it's been there for as long as I can remember. I agree, it does miss things off - but I find it quite useful.

Tis linked to over the support section as "help index".

And the Network Utilisation graph is on there - under "Broadband ADSL - Bandwidth Utilisation"
