account details delay

Hi
Someone expressed concern a while ago about the payments details not being updated, and plusnets reply was that it was being looked into.
My payment is due on the 8th of each month, and goes out of my bank account on that date, up to now the details in my account have shown 'payment pending' until the 12th, then shown 'fully paid', my account is still showing 'payment pending', it now being the 15th, though the payment went out of my bank account on the 8th as usual. Is all O.k.?
