My original 11 day ticket 20253885 was closed inadvertantly last night by myself (It was late you needed an off peak speedtest - wasn't quite compus mentis) I have pasted all the details into a new ticket 20332770. On the basis of how long that ticket was open I would appreciate the new ticket being looked at asap.... as the closure of the previous long standing ticket was not intentional.

Hi Paddy,

As an attempt to make it legible, are you okay if I close the current ticket you have raised and open a new one? I have every intention of raising a fault to BT, but your current one is very hard to read on account of it's length.
