How about a little tag - line / splash screen that pops up when the user logs on to the +net members page .

Something showing the date / time that they last logged on / logged off ...................... This could be a way of indicating to the user, if anyone else was using their +net account ?

In fact go further .................... Have an audit trail available to the user, showing all their log on / log off times.

I agree with the idea, and to be honest I thought it had already been suggested, but I can't seem to find anything referencing it in here.... :?

Or an "Account Login History" page listing IPs, dates and times.

Yep.

I mentioned it in an earlier thread.
But I think the +net peeps were avoiding that one.
(Probably in their TOO HARD tray)

5 The replies to Customers is the First Tenet of S - or BTW didn't We / they know that?

PlusNet generally leave the ideas in this fourm to develop a bit and allow a few people to have a say / express alternate ideas before jumping in and saying what if anything can be done.
