Wrong DD taken from my bank account

Just noticed that the wrong amount was taken from my bank account yesterday.

I am on the £21.99 package, and have £1.50 of referrals to take into account (so should have been £20.49), yet £27.99 was taken from my account.

Could you take a look into this please.

I would advise raising a support ticket through link:Contact Us.

This technically isn't a direct support area and your issue needs specific attention.

If you're in a rush, then perhaps call the Customer Support Centre on 0845 1400200.

You should have had an email indicating how much was going to be taken a few days before. Is this the first DD payment you've had taken?
