Worse to worse, no help, no response to tickets.

I'm RAGING. Nearly THREE weeks ago I was put on a 1mb connection by mistake, even though I had FINE speeds at 8mb (5mb+). And what is done about it? you guessed it, NOTHING. No helpful response to my ticket, no help after THREE phonecalls. Just always, 'errrr, we're just waiting for the exchange to deal with it', that's beautiful huh? But NOW, I hear clicking of my internal modem, thinking 'hmm' never heard that unless pc boots up. So I dis/reconnect. And now I'm getting 160kbs speed. Thanks PN, you're really generous helping me so much. Is this because I've ordered my LLU MAC? Is this a known form of petty payback?
And no, it's not MY end and not my line/modem.
