I have been a customer of Plusnet for two months moving across from another ISP because of poor service.
I am using the Broadband Plus option at £14.99 per month but since moving I have experienced intermittent problems with my connection. One day I am getting a super speed and the next the connection speed has died.
To-day after 24 hours of frustration I borrowed a laptop and installed a USB modem and connected directly into the telephone point.
Within seconds I had a 1.1mb connection.
Can anyone explain why my wireless connection using a Netgear router DG8342 would keep intermittently dropping off the connection to unusable speeds.
I don't understand why one day all is fine and the next it fails. :? :?:
