Windows NET SEND SPAM

Arrgghh!

I assume you are all familiar with the "net send" command under windows? yeah!

Right.. Anyone been recieving these on their machine which is connected to plusnet?

I'm on a Dial-up account and have recieved two such 'spam' messages in the past 24 hours! WTF!!!

Unfortunatly its the new "marketing" craze on the net and relativly easy to do, luckily I dont think they have managed to to figure out how to put clickable links into them yet. Its easy enough to get rid of them though, either disable the Messenger service (look in the services thingy windows 2000/XP) or grab yourself a firewall.
