After being asked to stay a second time and being offer a 1 month free service incentive, I declined, confirming I just wanted my LLU MAC and authorising them to take the £47 'move house' offer I took a while ago and anything else I may have to pay that I don't know about. And the reply I got shortly after?
'Unfortunately the payment was declined. Please can you update the Primary card details via the Member Centre under Account Details and we can retry the payment and process the cancellation. We are unable to process one-off fees like this via Direct Debit.
Hmm, Any ideas how I'm meant to pay for this then? I mean, I AUTHORISED them to take money from my account via the same card/account I have used for 2 years to pay £22 a month.
I replied saying that if they need my long card number, they can have it. Very frustrating.
