Why monitoring after upgrade?

I got the excess useage email, amd it stated I would be on limited peak d/l. After 2 days of 2K downloads I "upgraded" my account to the 4Mb service (NB still on 2 as 4 is not available), but I was still on the 2K downloads even after this "upgrade" when the email said It would be lifted.
Now I get an other email saying I will be "monitored" for next 7 days.

COME ON PLAY THE GAME!! Your email said EITHER OR not BOTH

Not a happy customer :x

Why monitoring after upgrade?

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand the problem completely. When you upgrade to the "up to 4Mbps" package, the peak-time management should be removed (you may need to raise a link:contact us ticket to get this checked).

I think they just monitor your usage to make sure you don't go over the limit straight after upgrading. You shouldn't still be on peak-time management after upgrading.

Agree it "should" have been removed, but it wasn't.
Today I recieved an email saying it would be monitored for next 7 days.

Either OR not both surely. :!:
