Why is this ticket closed?

It is closed once you are added to the BT order system (or you are about to be added) - so your order for MaxDSL is being submitted.

You don't get any emails at the monent telling you your order has been placed due to a problem with the system detecting orders on the BT system.

Thanks for the info mate. It gets hard trying to collate all the relevant info at times of mass panic and carnage like this. Smiley

Why is this ticket closed?

I've reworded it slightly as it's a 2 stage process. First you are added to the order list, ticket is closed, then the order list is submitted to BT's bulk regrade system at an appropriate time that day or the next.
