No, they won't even tell you they're looking into it anymore.

I've not seen any PN responses here for days - maybe over a week.

Seems like PN is now being run by zombies.

That's interesting - especially since you've been posting in a thread that had responses from PlusNet yesterday.

There was a post about speed issues made by Simon Day on Friday at http://portal.plus.net/central/forums/viewtopic.php?t=50979 where you might be able to find some info on speed. Not sure if email is specifically mentioned, though.

No offence but they don't answer many topics do they!

They only answer the ones they choose to answer because they think they can get away with some lame "We're looking into it" rollox. The plain and simple fact is that in the topics that have been posted in the last 3 days few have PN responses.

agreed.

It does need to be said thst plusnet are very selective about which threads thay make an appearance on.

the awkward ones are gracefully avoided, they know that these problems exist but cannot bring themselves round to offering an actual solution

It seems that the problems involving email & speed issues are now just annoying to them, after all, we are only the customers so we cannot possibly be right ...

same old ....

I think I made about 120 posts from Wednesday to Friday.

Dave, Liam, Ian and some other members of staff have also been posting.

I am not particularly a great fan at the moment but I do think JB is one of Plusnet's best assets.

That is James's fault for not recording them all Smiley

To those that think we ignore threads, please read my post here and especially note the comment:

Quote
- We do have other duties as well as forum posting, so while we will do our best to respond to posts addressed to us quickly, they can be easily missed. If you feel we have missed a question, I can assure you we didn't ignore it deliberately. It's OK to Bump a post or make a new post asking the same thing, with a clear subject line marking the post for our attention.

It is hard for us to catch everything. When I get a chance this week, I'm going to look at implementing a way everyone can help us not to miss a question, using a touch of PHP and a form people can paste any forum link into that they think deserves our attention. We will never be able to catch everything, because there are a lot more of you than there is of us, but I again would assure people that we won't deliberately ignore any reasonable question!

Cheers,

Ian
