Why doesn't Upgrade/downgrade Portal work?

I've been trying to change my boradband account and have been sent around in circles by the Portal. Might I suggest someone from F9/Plusnet have a look and get the system to work?

I remember that you could do it really easily and quickly in the Connections settings in your account, but now I seem to be sent to the Products/Services section, and any link in that section for existing customers either sends me to some for of help section that either fails to work and, or sends me back to the products and services page to start again.

It's broke, fix it.

As we discussed I've passed this on to the developers to fix the upgrade path, and also sorted the account change for you.

I would like to upgrade my account as well, but portal doesn't work.

What steps do i take.

Hi,

If you go to Contact Us on the left and raise a New Query, follow the wizard through

Account Changes - Upgrade, Downgrade, Cancellations & Moving House
Upgrade my account
My account cannot be upgraded using the Portal upgrade process
Upgrade my existing Broadband account (Changing your account)

and then follow the instructions.
