Why does it take so long???

I am a business user trying to get an upgrade on my current connection.

Not only is it taking so long but my order was lost as well.

The story so far

17th September : I order an upgrade from standard DSL to Ethernet, with 8 IP's

19th September : had a reply and the order went ahead, and would start on the 17th October.

30th September : Had to haggle for my 8 IP's as they would only give me 2 usable IP's.

19th October : Phone regarding my order and why it hadn't be actioned. (order lost)

21st October : re-ordered the upgrade.

28th October : lost my connection (all emails no backing up on Plusnet's server and am now loosing business).

5th November : phoned up for $%$^£% time and finally got a date for the line to be re-connected, the 12th November, (emails still backing up on server and I'm still loosing money).

This lack of care for a customer, a BUSINESS customer, is the worst i've ever seen. What is going wrong with Plusnet? Do they not care anymore??

Erm... This is no answer to why it's taking to long. It tells me when I may get my connection back.

Will someone please tell me why this, F%$^up has happenedHuh

Or does on one at plusnet care about their customers....
